Organic Onions

Onions are available in bulk by the truckload, 40# cartons, 40# bags, along with 16/3 consumer bags. We offer three varieties; yellows, reds and whites.

Organic Potatoes

Russet potatoes are available in season by truckload or 50# cartons by count: 90s, 80s, 70s and 60s.

Organic Grass-Fed Beef

Our organic, grass-fed (and grass-finished) Akaushi cattle provide the perfectly marbled and tender meat. Limited amount available. Call for details.

Organic Dry Beans

Our beans are mainly contractually grown, but when available, reds, whites, blacks and Great Northerns can be packaged to order.

Organic Feed Corn

Our organic feed corn is stored on site and available year-round.

Organic Alfalfa

We raise high dairy-quality alfalfa. Prices set by individual cuttings' protein content. Call for availability.

Heritage Berkshire Pork

Our heritage Berkshire pork is raised humanely, in open space or on pasture, depending on age and the season. We sell whole hogs and transport them to the butcher. You order the specific cuts and pick up the final product.
